individual & family coachRanpreet Anthony, SEP, ASDI, LMT
Ranpreet Anthony is a neurodivergent Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) with more than 20 years of mental health experience. A counseling intern pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, Ranpreet is also a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder-Informed Professional (ASDI). He provides evidence-based services to individuals recovering from significant life challenges and striving to build a healthier future.
Diagnosed with autism in adulthood and an active 2SLGBTQIA+ community member, Ranpreet is dedicated to neurodiversity-affirming practices. His experiences allow him to understand the challenges of navigating an ableist, neurotypical society. He brings these strengths and enthusiasm to Autism Learning Lab, providing individualized coaching to autistic and AuDHD young adults, teens, and their families.
Ranpreet understands firsthand what it means to be marginalized as an autistic queer man. He approaches his work with curiosity and integrity using a trauma-informed, relational framework. Drawing on psychodynamic theory, DBT, and Somatic Experiencing, Ranpreet helps clients advocate for wellness needs and explore sociocultural contexts shaping identity. His skill set shines in a blend of talk therapy and somatic processing, helping clients heal trauma, release physiological activation, and cultivate self-compassion by building a resilient nervous system.
Ranpreet lives in Dolores, Colorado, and is a devoted cat dad to Chia and Pepito. In his free time, Ranpreet enjoys paddleboarding, reading poetry, and creating visual art. He also mentors 2SLGBTQIA+ youth at the Four Corners Rainbow Youth Center in Durango, Colorado.
